Consent to electronic delivery
By using BonaVia’s services you consent to receive documents, including quotes, policies, certificates, and required notices, electronically, and to sign documents electronically where signature is required.
This consent covers conducting business with us electronically, including submitting applications for insurance products, receiving and reviewing disclosures, policy documents, and agreements, providing electronic signatures in place of handwritten signatures, and authorizing electronic payments. It applies to all interactions with us, including present and future transactions related to your coverage.
Electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in your state. Clicking buttons such as “I Agree,” “Submit,” or “Purchase” constitutes a legally binding signature, and electronic records of your transactions are valid and enforceable.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to process payments electronically. Refunds are handled as provided by applicable law and your plan terms. This consent is otherwise governed by the governing-law provisions of our Terms of Use.
