BonaVia is a brand of DUX QACK LLC. BonaVia is the brand name for customizable travel protection plans offered in partnership with a licensed insurance producer. The producer is licensed in all states where products are offered. Policies are underwritten by one or more licensed insurance carriers, not by BonaVia; the issuing carrier for a given policy is identified in the policy documents and certificate.

Coverage is subject to the actual issued policy language and may vary by state. Not all products may be available in all states. This website contains product summaries only.

Insurance coverages in the plans are subject to terms, limitations, and exclusions, including an exclusion for pre-existing medical conditions. All claims are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the particular plan you purchase.

The cost of your plan is for the entire plan, which consists of both insurance and non-insurance components. To obtain additional information regarding the features and pricing of each plan component, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.

The licensed insurance producer behind BonaVia plans receives compensation from the underwriter based on a percentage of the plan cost, and that compensation can include a share of the underwriter’s profits. Insurance products and services are provided by a licensed producer, not by BonaVia itself.

When a traveler buys coverage through an organization’s BonaVia page or code, sponsorship credit is credited to that organization under its written marketing partnership with BonaVia. BonaVia sells and services the insurance. The organization does not sell, solicit, negotiate, recommend, explain, or service insurance. Travelers pay the same price whether or not they use an organization page or code. Sponsorship terms vary by state and are subject to applicable law.

In most states, a travel retailer is not a licensed insurance producer/agent and is not qualified or authorized to answer technical questions about the terms, benefits, exclusions, and conditions of the insurance offered, or to evaluate the adequacy of your existing insurance coverage.

A travel retailer may be compensated for the purchase of a plan and may provide general information about the plans offered, including a description of the coverage and price. The purchase of travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other product or service from a travel retailer.

BonaVia is powered by Olli, licensed in all 50 states. The licensed insurance producer entity behind the platform is ARRK, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware and a licensed insurance producer in all states (NPN 16269113; California License No. 0M14453; Texas License Nos. 2194106 and 2205876; dba in California, InsureStays Insurance Agency; dba in Florida, InsureStays Agency).
