About
Every trip has the opportunity to help someone else.
The insurance is the product; helping organizations is the purpose. When a traveler buys through BonaVia, nothing about the coverage costs more and nothing about the claim gets harder, and sponsorship credit is credited to an organization they love.
Protection comes first
We are insurance professionals before we are a cause. No traveler will ever be steered into the wrong coverage because it pays an organization more. The right product for the right traveler is the foundation the whole company stands on.
The organization is the hero
Churches, schools, teams, and associations do the hard work of gathering people and moving them across the world. Our platform puts the organization's name on the page, gives their cause the credit, and shows their leaders plainly, in dollars, what their community's travel made possible.
We say it straight
When a traveler buys coverage through an organization's BonaVia page or code, sponsorship credit is credited to that organization under its written marketing partnership with BonaVia. BonaVia sells and services the insurance. The organization does not sell, solicit, negotiate, recommend, explain, or service insurance. Travelers pay the same price whether or not they use an organization page or code. Sponsorship terms vary by state and are subject to applicable law. We describe it that way everywhere: in contracts, on websites, in church bulletins. Plain, accurate language is both good ethics and good compliance.
